Pressure washing and exterior cleaning have interested me for many years. It is amazing the many different things a pressure washer is used for. There are professionals who only wash trucks. There are commercial pressure washing contractors who specialize in areas like: post construction cleaning, parking lot and garage cleaning, restaurants, heavy equipment, shopping centers, you name it. There is an expert who does only one or many of the above and more possibilities exist.
Residential pressure washing is likely what most people think of when you mention a pressure washer. For residential, a pressure washer can be used on decks, fences, driveways, house siding/trim, sidewalks, porches, retaining walls, play equipment, patio furniture, I even saw a pressure washing truck that offered dog washing on the side (please don’t try this). There is also such thing as roof cleaning and some people use a pressure washer for that, but I don’t recommend it. Pressure washing must be done carefully, but in my business I created and implemented a way of doing things. Some might call it “Standard operating procedures”. It is so the technicians know exactly how to clean a certain item and from cleaning so many we systematize the process. Successful cleaning every time is the result. What are some things you can think of that could use pressure washing?
